Wheelchair-accessible seating is available. Please inform the Box Office of any need for accessible seating at the time of ticket purchase. If it is not mentioned at the time of purchase, accessible seating cannot be guaranteed.
Looped for the Hearing Impaired
Metropolis is equipped with Auracast for the hearing-impaired. Many new hearing aids are outfitted with Auracast and is operated in much the same way that the previous generation T-Coil is.
If you have a hearing aid that is compatible with Auracast, you only need to turn that feature on for the performance.
If you have a hearing aid that is compatible with T-Coil, you must procure an Auracast pack and hearing loop from our box office for the performance.
If you do not have a hearing aid but still require aural assistance, Auracast packs and headphones are available to borrow at our box office.
