Direct Advertising

- Insert into School of Performing Arts packets
- Insert into box office Ticket Envelopes – 4,000 inserts. Sponsor to provide final printed pieces. Insert size: 6.25” w x 3.5”h. Color and 1-or-2 sided printed at your discretion.
- Insert into Show Program for sponsored show – 3,000 inserts. Sponsor to provide final printed pieces. Insert size: 5.375” w x 8.5. Color and 1-or-2 sided print at your discretion.
- Logo on all Opening Night Media and VIP invitations – 500 pieces
- Logo on newspaper ads in Daily Herald’s Friday TimeOut! Section and the Sunday Section
- Sponsor marketing materials on display throughout the year in display rack in Metropolis lobby

Entertaining/Special Events
- Invitation to every Opening of Subscription Series Shows as well as the post-show party
- Invitation to select comedy and music presentations
- Make available the Metropolis classroom, rehearsal room or acting studio for meetings, based on availability
- Make available the Metropolis Theatre for meetings, based on availability
- Make Sponsor employees a part of the Metropolis VIP Program, offering them 20% off theatrical productions in the theater for the entire 2010-11 season
- Tickets for use to shows throughout the year
Corporate Sponsorships
Special Event Sponsor - $500 - $10,000
Metropolis has three special events throughout the year - Annual Gala, Benefit Concert and Sunday Soiree.
School of Performing Arts (SOPA)/Outreach Programs - $1,000 - $5,000
Throughout the year SOPA and Outreach require sponsorships to help underwrite tuition assistance for students, additional program materials and equipment and capital needs.
Single Show Sponsorship - $2,500 - $5,000
This would include a 1-2 night engagement at Metropolis in any genre – Comedy, Concert or Drama.
Single Subscription Show Sponsorship - $5,000 - $10,000
These shows have a 6-week run of a musical, comedy or drama; Metropolis produces 4 subscription shows per year, plus a run of a major Holiday show and two separate Second City Shows that also run for 6 weeks each.
Series Sponsorship – $15,000 - $30,000
Sponsorship will vary depending on how many shows are included in the Series. This could be our Cool Music series, a season series of family, music or comedy programming or other series that Metropolis may include from year to year.
Subscription Series Sponsorship – $20,000 - $25,000
This would include a range of sponsorship combination packages of the different shows listed under the Single Subscription Show Sponsorship.
Season Sponsorship –$30,000 - $40,000
A season sponsor would be considered a sponsor of all shows playing at Metropolis throughout the year including new shows added to the schedule throughout the season.
