Check-in begins at 8:30am
Adjudicated performances between 9:00am and 1:00pm
Students may perform solo, in an ensemble or both
$15 registration fee per event (paid upon registration)
Students must check-in 30 minutes prior to their performance time (ensembles must check-in together)
Students will be divided by instrument and ability level
Students will perform a 5 minute selection for a panel of judges
Performances may consist of 1 or 2 short pieces, 1 movement of a sonata or concerto, or one 5 minute selection
Accompanists are not mandatory, but if you wish to perform with an accompanist, you must make your own arrangements. Contact Michelle Banas at firstname.lastname@example.org or 847.577.5982 x240 for a list of recommended accompanists.
A schedule of performance times will be e-mailed to participants by Saturday, April 6th
Judges will provide written comments and an overall rating for each performance
