Little Lights Up! (ages 4-5)

  • For campers ages 4 or 5, by September 1, 2012
  • Introduces theatre, acting and music in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Campers will creatively explore all of the elements that go into putting on a play
  • Campers will use a popular children’s story to create an original performance piece
  • Focus will be on developing camper’s skills in stage presence, projection, listening and physical and mental focus through an imaginative and collaborative process
  • Camp session will end with an original showcase performance by the campers

After Camp!
It's the perfect option to keep your camper in the arts all day long! We'll explore different areas of the theater arts through fun activities, games, crafts, outdoor excursions and workshops. We'll have lunch out in the park and then spend the afternoon learning about exciting new areas of theatre.

For 4-year-olds through 3rd graders. Groups will be created for age appropriate activities.
12:30 - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
$80 per week or $300 per 4 week session
To be arranged with Metropolis Education office after registration in camp.

After care
3:30 – 5:30 p.m.

  • A full refund of payment made will be given up until the Friday before the first day of camp.
  • Refunds after the start of camp are pro-rated each day for the first week.
