Metropolis Performing Arts Centre announces general auditions for its 2010-2011 season. Seeking non-Equity adult actors for:
- The Vagina Monologues (dir. Lauren Rawitz) - Rehearsal and run dates: 6/14/10 - 7/29/10
- Musical TBA (dir. Robin Hughes) - Rehearsal and run dates: 8/9/10 - 11/6/10
- After Dusk but Before Daylight: A Parody of a Very Famous Vampire Series (dir. Scott Woldman) - Rehearsal and run dates: 8/16/10 - 11/13/10
- A Christmas Carol – musical (dir. Anne Rezac) - Rehearsal and run dates: 10/18/10 - 12/24/10
- The Boys Next Door (dir. David Belew) - Rehearsal and run dates: 11/29/10 - 2/20/11
- The Butler Didn’t! (dir. Brad Dunn) - Rehearsal and run dates: 1/31/11 - 4/17/11
- The Diary of Anne Frank - Rehearsal and run dates: 2/28/11 - 4/20/11
- The Bridge to Terabithia (Metropolis School of the Performing Arts Production) - Rehearsal and run dates: 3/9/11 - 5/7/11
- Nunsense – musical - Rehearsal and run dates: 4/11/11 - 6/26/11
Seeking non-Equity teen actors for The Diary of Anne Frank, child/teen actors for A Christmas Carol (musical), and child/teen actors for The Bridge to Terabithia.
Especially seeking strong singers, dancers and improv actors of all ages and ethnic backgrounds, especially Latino/Hispanic men aged mid-20’s to mid-40’s.
