Bus Parking Information

Free bus parking in available on East Davis St., just northwest of Bristol Ln. The map below shows the route for buses to follow to downtown Arlington Heights' designated bus parking area. Parking is available on the northeast side of the street (the right side when following the mapped route below). While there are some No Parking signs on this street, this is the designated bus parking area for downtown Arlington Heights. Please ensure your bus parks only in this area as Metropolis is not responsible for any parking violations received. Don't hesitate to ask questions about the bus parking. We are more than happy to help and ensure you are parked in the correct area.

Policies

  • Payment: A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are appreciated as soon as possible, but are due no later than 1 month after booking. Final payment is due 1 month prior to performance date.
  • Head Count: A final head count is appreciated 1 month prior to the performance date.
  • Chaperones: Metropolis has a suggested ratio of 1 chaperone for every 10 students. We are willing to make exceptions to meet the needs of your group.
  • Arrival: Schools must arrive 20 minutes before showtime and send 1 representative into the theatre lobby to meet Alyse and let her know your group has arrived.
